I could end poverty tomorrow.
I've talked to some friends about poverty the other day. Did you know that they're over
3,500,000 people in poverty today in the U.S. and we spend $350,000,000 annually with
programs to help them.
What an industry!
What a waste.
If I had it my way I'd give $50,000 to every child born in the U.S.
I'd put the money in an annuity in thier name.
The money could not be touched until thier 18th birthday.
Here's the catch.
The child MUST maintain a C average through out school.
Business and Finance is a mandatory subject from day one every semester.
At 18 yrs. old the annuity would be worth millions ($).
The child could use a small portion of the money to further thier education.
At 22 yrs. old the child can use all the money but an amount that would pay the child
$50,000 annually for he rest of thier life.
Upon death the money will go back to the U.S. because all children have thier own account.
If the child doesn't want to further thier education or has less than a C average in school they
could only live off the interest of the annuity. They could not touch the money.
Upon death the money goes back to the U.S..
Presto! No more poor.
Plenty of smart business and finance people spending millions ($) to do what?
You guessed it, ADVERTISE!
